In one of his journeys, he participated in the International Congress of the Americas, an institution that brings together more than 16 countries in Latin America and where he participated as Delegate for the Latin Sector of the USA. Since then, he has been invited to represent the Latinos in the USA in different International Conferences held in Colombia, Chile and other Latin American countries. From the International Congresses, the Non-Profit Organization Latin American Business Organization was born. Since then, Mr. Medina has taken the vision of uniting the Latino business sector by developing systematic and corporate community plans with different Latino brothers in order to unite, promote, generate and endorse the economic, social and cultural development plans with our Latino race. in the United States of America market. As a result of the effort and dedication, today the Latin American Business Organization is the only organization that represents the Latino brothers and sisters in front of the International Congress of the Americas with voice and vote at this important international business forum. Married to Luz soto de Medina for 20 years, he is an exemplary family father with two children, Adriana Medina and Jose Medina. Much of Libis’s encyclopedic IT knowledge was gained during his work supporting health care organizations with their Electronic Medical Records (EMR) implementation and technical support. He also has experience in offering technical advice and support to businesses in the medical, financial, and manufacturing industries as well as non-profit organizations and mortgage providers. Over the years he has designed, installed and managed server and Cloud-based networks and implemented remote capabilities that allow people to work from anywhere at anytime, as well as be ever compliant with all relevant regulations. In addition, Libis is a Microsoft certified technical expert and has helped many clients with desktop deployment, server migration, virtualization, cloud and network support. As a hands-on owner, Libis believes in offering personal service and tailored solutions as a part of a long term business relationship. He knows the priorities of his clients and takes pride in telling things as they are in clean, jargon-free language. Mr. Jose E. Rentas has been one of the leaders of greater influence within the business, strategic and mentoring vision of the Organization Latin American Business Organization. Together with Mr. Medina, he has taken the lead in directing efforts and at the same time upholding the vision of our organization. Mr. Rentas has been the proponent of progressive agendas in addition to enjoying excellent leadership in the Latin market. In addition to the co-founder, he is the President of the Latin American Business Organization and principal strategist along with the Board of Directors to direct the work platform of the organization. Mr. Rentas, a faithful collaborator of the vision along with Mr. Medina, has participated in international congresses, participating in various strategies in the corporate world.

Married for 27 years with Mrs. Gloritza Rentas, together they have two  Daughters Thais Rentas and Shanieza Rentas. Man and Father exemplary servant of God above all things. In this capacity, she dedicated herself to fulfill the organization’s primary mission: to educate and empower women and men to become economically self-sufficient through business and entrepreneurship. At the center, she supported small businesses in expanding their companies through further educational development. She developed and managed yearly programming for over 600 clients per year, offering them education, and training; as well as provided them with access to consulting services and capital programs. Additionally, she taught entrepreneurial classes in both English and Spanish to the program’s participants in Worcester County. As former vice-resident of Adelante Worcester Organization, she has set-off to promote and empower the Hispanic/Latino community of Greater Worcester.
